I love what I do and I believe my clients know it. I also believe they feel the respect I have for them. I know it takes courage to ask for help, especially when feeling vulnerable. All of us, at some point, experience painful life circumstances or relationship difficulties–usually accompanied by symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. Sometimes we know our lives and relationships are not what they could be, but in spite of all our best efforts we may feel stuck.

My style is collaborative, therefore interactive. I have found it helpful to be fairly straightforward. I ask lots of questions, listen intently, give feedback and sometimes give homework. Treatment is tailored to each person. Together we discover what is helpful to you.

My focus is one of expansion. When we add to the variety of ways
we behave and understand, our inner strengths and creativities are
unlocked. We are free to grow emotionally and spiritually.

My commitment as a therapist is to join with you to facilitate a
process — of insight, release, acceptance, change and healing in an
atmosphere of honesty, respect and confidentiality.
